What changed.

Every visible change to the site and the rules, newest first. Rule changes are dated here before they apply.

2026-10-09
GULP is now GULPY
- The creature, the token and the site are renamed GULPY: $GULPY, feedgulpy.com and @feedgulpy on X. The ticker GULP was already in use by several unrelated tokens on Robinhood Chain and elsewhere; a name of its own avoids the confusion. The forms are now Spore, Sprout, Gulpyling, Gulpy, Megagulpy, Chomper and Titan. Nothing about the rules or the payouts changes.
- feedgulp.com and www redirect to feedgulpy.com, so every old link keeps working.
2026-10-09
Two fast rounds at launch
- The launch phase is the first hour after the launch: two 30-minute rounds, so the first buyers are paid 30 minutes and 60 minutes after the launch moment, then every 2 hours as always. The cadence is fixed before the launch and never changed afterwards.
- English only: the language switch and its cookie are gone. The site now sets no cookies of its own.
- The X account is one click from the header, with X's own logo; the drawn cross in the footer is gone.
- Fixed: voting and naming in demo mode signed for the local test chain while the wallet sat on the demo chain, so wallets refused to sign. Both now sign for the chain the site runs on.
- Fixed: the evolution share button opened the desktop share dialog, which looked broken. Post on X is now the first button everywhere; the native share sheet is offered on touch devices only and falls back to X if the browser refuses.
- Fixed: the community votes could come up empty after the demo chain changed, because a proposal row from the previous chain blocked the seed. The seed now replaces such a row and the votes page seeds itself before listing.
- Fixed: on the Your GULPY card the greeting bubble sat on top of the title and the rate chip wrapped into it. The greeting is now a line above the title and the title pieces wrap cleanly.

The sticker is the logo
- GULPY's logo is now the Gulpyling itself drawn as a sticker (stitched outline, open grin, two nubs, spots): the same creature that lives on the home. Header, footer, favicon, app icon, the wordmark banner and /brand use it; the one-eyed mark is gone.
2026-09-15
Pre-launch hardening of the money path
- Trades are attributed at what pons actually pays the creator (fee minus pons' protocol share, plus the creator tax) instead of the gross fee, so a rebate at the 50 % cap can never exceed what the trade brought into the vault. The trader of a curve trade is the wallet that receives the tokens, never a router or bundler.
- The vault forwards a bounded amount of gas to each payout recipient: a hostile contract wallet is held like a rejecting one and cannot block the round for everyone else.
- The keeper refuses to plan a round while the vault shows a paid batch the index has not seen yet (no double payment on a lagging index), only sends memos it checked, skips a collect that would move nothing, replaces a payer transaction stuck for too long, and never sends dust top-ups.
- The trade indexer keeps its own progress and advances it only after a whole chunk of logs is stored: a failed read can no longer lose sells.
- A single ledger/counter mismatch re-reads instead of rebuilding the index; the demo controls are off for good once a real vault or token is configured; the ops panel takes its own token; the setup console locks itself after the launch and settles a pending launch before ever sending another; rate limits count failed logins only and use the real client address behind Railway; per-address caches are bounded.
- A written guide explains how to recompute a round from chain events, and the quality gate now proves that the contracts the console deploys are exactly the compiled source.

Your number on the home, a shorter Wall
- Try your number on the home: one slider, your level, what comes back. The full calculator with every bonus stays on /earn.
- The Wall is a third of its length: three closed rounds and a button for the rest, the top 10 of the season, the current window open and the others folded, the rules as one paragraph with a link to /rules.
- Tighter sections and bigger step cards on desktop. The Telegram placeholder and the season eyebrow are gone.
2026-09-14
The final logo
- GULPY has its logo: one big eye, two nubs, the grin and four tentacles, in lime on a dark rounded square. It is now the mark in the header and the footer, the favicon, the app icon and the wordmark banner.
- /brand offers the mark as SVG and PNG and the full-body drawing as SVG.
- The moving light that circled the status card is gone. The card is still.
2026-09-14
Pick your name from the home
- A name card on the home and on the Wall: connect, type a name, sign once (free, no transaction) and the Wall, the round tables and your own GULPY show it instead of your address. Your own GULPY offers it the moment you connect without one.
- Demo data now shows a few named wallets so you can see what it looks like.
2026-09-14
feedgulpy.com, the rules on one page, privacy, security contact
- The site lives at feedgulpy.com and GULPY is @feedgulpy on X. The old platform address redirects.
- /rules: every rule the payouts follow, on one page, with the date each one took effect: rounds, what counts as a fee, the rate ladder and every bonus, the Genesis Egg, who is never paid, what never happens, and how to verify all of it.
- /privacy: what the site keeps (a language cookie, a few browser preferences, public chain data, signed display names), what it never does (no analytics, no ads, no trackers), and who to write to.
- /.well-known/security.txt with a contact for security reports.

Before the launch, the money in one drawing, lighter
- The week before the launch the real site shows its pre-launch state instead of zeros or an error: the egg asleep on the pedestal, the launch countdown (when a date is set), every form still locked, what opens first. The Wall and the round cards say what starts at launch. Chain mode without a vault address serves an honest empty ledger.
- How the money moves, as one drawing: you → the vault → your wallet, with the rest growing GULPY. Dots travel the lines; still under reduced motion.
- Lighter home: the launch-day panel is downloaded only while the launch phase runs (or with ?launch=1). A weight budget now runs in the quality gate so the pages cannot grow back.
- The round countdown in the hero shows minutes until the last minute instead of ticking every second. Leftover template icons removed from the public folder.
2026-09-14
Less, bigger, clearer
- The home is four screens instead of eight: the creature and the pitch, how it works in three steps, the live Wall and open round, the token. Four questions close it. Half the words.
- The money moved to its own page, /earn: the rate ladder, the welcome round, streaks and diamond hands, the calculator and your own GULPY. Every question lives on /faq; the seven forms stay on /evolution.
- A brand mark: GULPY's head in a rounded square, in the header, the footer and the favicon. Drawn icons replace emoji on the marketing surface. One accent colour instead of the three-hue headline gradient. GULPY stands on a lit pedestal and is bigger.
- Demo mode is one small pill in the corner; the demo controls open from it instead of a red band across the page.
- The header has four destinations and one action; language, alerts and sound moved to the footer. One legal line, in the footer.
- Fixed: the treat no longer overlaps the mood chip on phones; one 'Open the Wall' button instead of two.
2026-09-14
Polish pass
- GULPY follows your pointer with its eyes, on the home, its own page and the evolution map (off under reduced motion). The demo does the same.
- GULPY reacts to you: it leans in and opens its mouth when the pointer comes close, craves and drools when you hover a feed button, purrs with hearts when you hold the pointer on it, eats a treat you drag onto it (on /feed the treat feeds the demo ledger), dozes off with 💤 when nothing happens for a while and wakes with a start, and sleeps in a nightcap during your small hours until poked.
- On /feed its eyes widen with the amount you type. Every small creature on the Wall turns to look at the pointer. Your own GULPY waves and greets you when your wallet connects. When a round is paid while you watch, GULPY celebrates with the community's emoji.
- The demo now shows the whole payout loop: closed rounds older than a few hours carry synthetic demo payouts (paid in full, one tx per round, listed on /vault), the newest ones stay pending. Chain mode is untouched.
- Community proposals refresh their copy from the code, so a database seeded under the old name shows the new one.
- Home: shorter step three, the pitch reads before the status card on phones, the token block's cards align, the no-wallet hint no longer talks about votes.
2026-09-14
Three reasons to be early
- Welcome round: the first round in which a wallet ever generates fees is paid at the full 50 %, whatever its level. Once per wallet; still only its own fees.
- Diamond hands: every full round you hold $GULPY without selling adds +1 point to your rate (up to +5) in the rounds you are active. A sell pays no diamond bonus that round and restarts the count; buys and feeds never break it. Sells are read from the venue's own events.
- Genesis Egg: a numbered Evolution Card for the first 100 wallets to feed or trade within 24 hours of the launch. #1 is the first one in. Free to claim once the window closes, shown on the Wall, the profile and the passport.
- The calculator on the home shows the welcome round and a rounds-held slider; the FAQ, the Wall rules and the demo explain all three.
- One continuous background: the hard-edged lighter panels some screens showed while scrolling are gone (cards no longer blur their backdrop, the hero glow is a plain gradient instead of a blurred layer).
2026-09-14
A new name: GULPY
- The creature and the token are called GULPY ($GULPY) from here on: one syllable, the sound of a fee going down. Same creature, same rules, same contracts' logic.
- Forms renamed to match: Spore, Sprout, Gulpyling, Gulpy, Megagulpy, Chomper, Titan Gulpy. Cards, missions and the passport follow.
- Contracts are GulpyVault, GulpyFeeSplitter and GulpyEvolutionCards (not deployed before the rename); the contest hashtag is #GULPYpassport.
2026-09-14
Payouts, end to end
- Fee route verified against the pons V2 source: fees sit on the curve until the creator-fee recipient sweeps them. The splitter's new collect() sweeps, claims and splits in one transaction; the keeper calls it whenever enough is pending.
- The keeper now runs inside the site (every 5 minutes when the server holds the payer key): collect fees, pay every closed round, retry held balances. /ops has a "run a keeper pass now" button and shows the last pass.
- The vault accepts each round memo once: a round can never be paid twice, whatever the keeper's index says. Big rounds are paid in batches of 150 wallets.
- A wallet that rejects ETH no longer blocks a round: its payout is held in the vault for that address only, shown on its page with a release button, and retried automatically.
- Every due of a round is public and uncapped at /api/rounds/<id>/dues; the pool card and the keeper heartbeat show any held amount.
- Hats: your GULPY wears a beanie from personal level 2, a cap at 3, a top hat at 4, a halo at 5 and a laurel at 6, everywhere it is drawn.
- Evolution Cards have frames by rarity (holo from epic up) and an early-feeder ribbon for the top three of a window.
- Founders' wall on /proof: the first 21 wallets ever to feed or trade, with a chip on their page and a +10 passport stamp.

GULPY has antics
- Every few seconds the creature does one of twelve things on its own: hop, wiggle, spin, jelly, peek, shiver, nod, float, chomp, dizzy, sneeze, nap. Off with reduced motion.
- Poke GULPY (click, Enter or Space) and it does one right away.
- The status card shows the road through the seven forms with every threshold, and the next rewards.
- Fix: a shared round link kept working only while the Wall still listed that round; every round of the season now has its page.
- Community streak: consecutive rounds with at least one feeder; at 24 in a row GULPY learns to dance for the rest of the season.
- GULPY feels the market: with real price data, a rising day makes the cheerful antics more likely, a falling day the sleepy ones. Cosmetic.
- Evolution round: the round GULPY evolves in pays everyone active +5 points, and ×2 to the wallet whose feed crossed the threshold. Capped at 50 %.
- Pioneers: the first ten feeders of every evolution window get the 🚩 badge and mission.
- Personal cosmetics: Ember skin from personal level 4, Plasma from 5, gold names from 3, the animated Titan name at 6.
- Votes now decide things the site applies by itself: the trick GULPY learns next (level 3) and the emoji it celebrates paid rounds with (level 4). Old placeholder proposals removed.
- GULPY moves for real: body, arms, feet, tail, wings, horns, eyes and mouth animate on their own with per-mood speed, and every antic is acted out by the parts (springy, overshooting motion instead of rigid blocks).
- GULPY learns to wave at level 1 and to yawn at level 2; night mode from level 4 (00:00–06:00 UTC); golden hour: 24 h of dancing after Titan Gulpy; poke sounds deepen with every form.
- Season passport: every wallet's season as stamps (windows, rounds, streaks, cards, missions, pioneer, evolver) with a public score, a share image and a board at /passport.
- Passport contest: two hours after launch, for 24 hours, post a screenshot of your passport with #GULPYpassport; the best passport wins the prize the founder announces, from their own wallet, never from the pool.
- The hero glow now spans the whole viewport instead of the centre column (no more hard side edges).
2026-09-12
Card burning, feeder of the round, missions, market bar
- Market bar on the token section (price, FDV, liquidity, 24 h volume from GeckoTerminal), honest when there is no pool yet.
- Download every payout round of a wallet as CSV from its profile.
- Wall: search by name or address; card layout on phones.
- Opt-in browser notification when a round is paid; install GULPY as an app where the browser offers it.
- Brand page: logo, the seven forms as SVG and PNG, the palette.
- Ops: Telegram announcer (round recaps, evolutions, keeper alerts) and database backups with rotation.
- Español: the home, the nav, the footer and launch mode switch language with the EN/ES toggle.
- Burn an Evolution Card (gas only, irreversible) for +5 points of rate in the round the burn lands in, once per round, capped at 50 %.
- Feeder of the round: the biggest contributor of every closed round gets a 🏆 on the Wall, the round page and its profile.
- Missions on every profile: On a Roll, Triple, Reached Gulpy, Titan Feeder, Feeder of the Round. Status only, no money.
- Season 2 preview on the Evolution page: what carries over and what resets after Titan Gulpy.
2026-09-12
Launch mode, streaks and trust pages
- Launch mode on the home during the 30-minute launch phase: countdown, last round, live ranking.
- Streak: +1 point of rate per consecutive active round, up to +5, capped at 50 %.
- Payout rounds: 30 minutes for the first 6 hours after launch, then 2 hours.
- Proof page, keeper heartbeat on the status page, this changelog.
- Share cards for wallets and rounds; live feed ticker.
2026-09-11
Per-wallet rebates and the setup console
- Each wallet is paid back from its own fees only: 20 % at level 0 up to 50 % at Titan Gulpy.
- Seven clearly distinct creature forms with their own colours and idle animations.
- Setup console: deploy the contracts and launch on pons from the server wallet.
- pons V2 attribution on Robinhood Chain; Uniswap V4 pool phase after graduation.
2026-09-10
The pool pays back
- 50 % of every trading fee enters the vault through the immutable fee splitter.
- Wall of Feeders, personal creatures, Evolution Cards, signed display names.
- Automated payouts by the keeper wallet.
