Season 1 · config version 3. Changing any of these is a dated entry in the changelog before it applies.

Money

50 % of every trading fee enters the vault (immutable in the splitter). 100 % of direct feeds.
Each wallet is paid only out of the fees it generated: rate 20 % → 50 % by personal level, ×2 in a level-up round, +1 point per consecutive round up to +5, always capped at 50 %.
Rounds: 30 minutes for the first hour after launch, then 2 hours. Paid within 24 hours. Dues under 0.0005 ETH carry forward.
Nothing is added on top and nothing is redistributed between wallets. Payouts can be zero.

What the owner can and cannot do

Can: pause feeding, pay rounds (bounded by what the vault holds), set the payer, publish one Merkle root per card.
Cannot: change the fee split, take the community share, mint tokens, edit a due, change a published card root, or move funds beyond on-chain, logged disbursements.
The splitter has no owner at all. The founder's only lever there is to hand the creator-fee role to another address, publicly.

Verify it yourself

Three reads, no trust.

Open the vault on the explorer and compare.

1. totalReceived() on the vault equals the ETH shown on the home page (right now: 0.44 ETH). That single number sets GULPY's level.
2. The vault's Fed events are the feed on /vault, one line per event, with the transaction hash. The splitter's feeds are the community share of trading fees.
3. The vault's Disbursed events with memo epoch:<id> are the payouts on the Wall: one batch per round, one line per wallet, each linked.

The rules engine is open: dues are a pure function of those events and the venue's trades. Anyone can recompute a round from the same inputs and get the same wei.

Vault

Non-upgradable, counter only goes up, budgets enforced on chain, two-step ownership, reentrancy guarded, pausable feeding only.

Splitter

No owner, immutable split, pull-based claim from the launchpad escrow, cannot send anywhere but the vault and the founder.

Site

Never asks for a seed phrase or a private key; signatures are EIP-712 for names and votes; the payout keeper is a role bounded by the vault, revocable by the owner.
